Line for the production of snow barrier components
Thanks to our very long experience and our particular specialisation in the sheet metal work machinery sector, S.G.P has designed, realised and patented the new LFN/30, an innovative line which is dedicated to the sheet metal work sector. Its versatility and production speed enable it to satisfy every demand that producers of gutter brackets and rods may have. The aim is to produce a machine which can process the band of metal from the coil into a finished product within a completely automatic work cycle. The versatility of LFN/30 is due to the fact that, with the aid of specific templates, it can produce not only the many standard products on sale, but also, and most importantly, new customised products. The line’s speed of production is around 10 pieces a minute. The types of sheet metal which can be processed include: zinc-covered, prevarnished, copper, zinc-titanium and stainless steel. The LFN/30 is built with a robust and sophisticated mechanism, which guarantees its reliability and durability over time.
